I'm only {2 years} from you. So leave a {Girl} alone .
NAME . Starjumper
PRONUNCIATION . N/A
TEAM OR FERAL Plot team?
BREED . Siberian Husky
APPEARANCE .
Starjumper is the standard color of huskies. Black on top and white on the bottom with blue eyes. She stands at 21 inches from nose to tail and she weighs 43 lbs. Her blue eyes seem to pierce through another's gaze with unflinching curiosity. She is strong and her muscles ripple like water droplets in a pond. Her fur is short and sleek as well as very soft. Starjumper's paws are medium sized and often make her clumsy except when she is with the team. This young female's tail curves over her back almost daintily and is very fluffy. Her ears stand erect and alert for any signs of danger and her nose is always twitching for that delicious scent of food.
PERSONALITY . Starjumper is smart. She enjoys the company of the rest of the team and looks to them for comfort and survival. She has known them long enough to call them family. This young female cares deeply for her team and is still in shock over their sudden loss of master and companion. She knows that if she is with the team then they will be safe. Even at 2 years old this girl likes to learn new things and give new ideas. She is friendly and compassionate and would rather kill another to keep it from suffering then let it lie there in agony and die a slow, painful death.
On occassion Starjumper sticks her nose where it doesn't belong and comes away learning a valuable lesson. With each new lesson she learns the faster she grows accustomed to the everchanging ways of life. This friendly girl likes to try and make friends, but she also knows she needs to focus on the task at hand.... getting home.
HISTORY . Starjumper was born to Risa and Hunter. Her brother, Starling, was her only sibling. When Starjumper was young she was always interested in watching dog races with her family. When she was six months old the girl was adopted by a man who was the owner of a big dog sled team. Starjumper wriggled with excitement as she slowly learned the ways of the team. She was placed with an experienced dog to help her be better prepared for races. When she was a year old she experienced her first sled race first hand. The husky female's strength helped team to win the annual dog sled race. During the off season Starjumper was trained in all the positions in case one of her other teammates could not participate in a race for one reason or another. Starjumper learned diligantly and quietly knowing that she will be gotten rid of if she does not meet her master's expectations.
The female felt really accomplished and had watched the rest of the team during the race. She learned the strengths and weaknesses on one and the strengths and weaknesses of the partner. She then knew that her partner was more experienced than she was, but not as strong. So Starjumper was the strength for her partner and her partner was her brains. Another year passed and on a fairly routine trip into the wilderness the unthinkable happened. The team was without their master and on their own in the dark, cold nothing. Starjumper will do anything to keep up with her team or die trying.
