APPEARANCE . Despite Nero's age, he is rather monstrous in size compared to his breed's average; standing at 55 cm at the shoulder and still growing. Along with his size, Nero has a great amount of strength and endurance that comes into great use when he is sledding with his team. On the down size, Nero has very little control over his strength, some much so that he has been known to hurt other dogs accidently when playing. Nero's eyes are almond shaped black orbs that usually glitter lightly in the sun light. Nero's body is purely breed for strength and endurance, while he can't run very quickly or turn on a dime, Nero can keep a good vigorous pace for long periods of time.
Nero's coat is a doublecoat that is made of rather long, fluffy fur that keeps him nice and toasty in the harsh winter weather. His fur is a bright white colour that blends into the snow like a chameleon.
PERSONALITY . Nero is always mistaken for being a scary and dangerous dog because of his size and dark almost black eyes. If you were to get to know the young dog you would realize how much of a sweet heart he is. The fluffy Samoyed had a gentle voice and never shouts or growls, he is always seen as having a calm nature. Nero is a very shy dog and will rarely join in on a conversation, preferring to just sit back and listen. These occasions are rare because Nero has become bery skittish ever since Mr. Brisyen was killed; even loud sounds will cause the boy to jump something terrible. Despite all this, Nero is still a very young dog and is very curious of everything around him. Unfortunately, Nero can be rather clumsy and trip over his paws when in a panic or very embarrassed.
Nero is actually a very brave dog when he gets past his initial fear and can keep his calm facade during any situation. Nero's only real fear is if he accidently hurts someone because of his strength.
Nero is a very good listener and will listen to directions without thinking of the, making him very obedient to his fellow dogs and gets along very well in a team environment.
HISTORY . Nero was first born along with his two little brothers, Raz and Klaus. As well as being born first, Nero was clearly the strongest and biggest out of all the pups and known for being clumsy because of his large paws. Nero was different from his brothers from a very early age. He took to walking- and later on running- very quickly and was soon running circles around his mother and father. Nero was breed specifically to be a sled dog with pure blood parents; the breeders who own him were very well known in the area or their great Samoyed dogs and got many requests from professional sledding teams for pups.
Nero was very close to his father who was a rather old retired sledding dog, he in turn, favored Nero over Raz and Klaus. After seeing how Nero took to running so quickly, the older male took his son under his wing and began to encourage him to become a good sled dog. Nero was ecstatic his father took such a special interest in him and worked extra hard to please him.
The only thing holding Nero back was his personality, you see, Nero was a very shy dog and was very skittish around humans. When Mr. Brisyen came to the breeders looking for a new sled dog, he must have saw something in Nero. Even though Nero growled at Mr. Brisyen as he approached him, the man never faulter until he came close enough to touch the dog and simply patted his head without a fear in the world.
Nero was surprised by the human's behaviour and quickly found himself warming up to the man. When Mr. Brisyen brought him to the team Nero found himself reverting back to his skittish nature the first time he was taken out for some sledding practice and tripped over his own paws more than once. The other dogs got quickly annoyed with him, but after Nero got over his fears he blended into the team naturally.
Now that Mr. Brisyen has been killed, Nero has reverted to his skittish nature and fears humans much more now.
